More details on Chadstone .... my wife said she wanted coat-hangers ... "Kmart or Reject Shop?" ... (me) " Reject Shop" .... we go to TRS and there's a choice .... $3 for 10 (the De Luxe ones ... I kid you not) or $2 for 10 (without the edging "grip") .... hmmm ... she says "We'll look in Kmart " ... so we go there and she's "Narh ... these are wire ones ... and I dont want the wooden ones" .... so its back to TRS .We join short queue, with the De Luxe ones ( $3 !!! yeah, stuff the expense) and wife decides on a calendar ("But if its $5 I'm not getting it ... it was $2). The queue builds up behind us and a call goes out by staff "Register help wanted" ... immediately ( and I mean immediately) 2 young blokes appear to take over 2 registers. The young man serving us actually smiled, with a totally natural smile.
I tell you what, if the TRS sales are not "good" over the Xmas period ... its through no fault of the staff.
