This makes sense....V205 producers selling as much as they can (everything) whilst prices are high (mega-profit taking) before Winter.
I agree that Q1 2019 could see a sharp bounce as supply side is in structural deficit ATM. If some Chinese steel makers have been slow in changing to new re-bar standards, as has been publicly reported, demand side could be bigger than 2018 in 2019.
