if suddenly theres a demand for TRS and new buyers buy the shares but because theres hardly any sellers the sp bounce up incrementlly to $3. and at end of the day a mystery seller pops in and sell at 2.72 sp falls again. and after a few days of this ocurrence buyers dont dare buy at a higher price . i think the phenomenon is the classic Pavlovian Theory in practice. The only way out to break away is that TRS gives that dangling carrot of special dividend of $1.85 (as mentioned in TRS announcement) ex date late next year. SP will sure bounce back up.
