I don't know the answer to that but at a guess, I would have thought they ordered based on what they were being told by Ingram, Digicel, Rizon and Dicker as well as probable feed back from whales. If I was running a business and signed with Ingram micro global and they said they were going to sell 10,000 units, I would have got ahead of the curve and placed an order for several thousand units in anticipation of sales. Just my guess!!
