Clint in John's reply he was using sarcasm directed at EL and myself.
Guys this thread is getting way off track.
The very first thing said in this thread was:
"Trying to juggle in my mind why CVN isn't above at least the $1.00 mark."
I put forward an opinion why $1 today is unrealistic and that's all I was using the relative valuations for.
Let's leave this and move on.
