Akki, as we all know the reasons to influence a departure are way more varied than we can imagine.I settled on a few thoughts related to the Robert Hayes Directorship resignation a few weeks ago.
The analysis of the CEO resignation has me completely baffled.
All I can conclude is that if Phylogica wanted Hayes to stay, financially he would be motivated with an attractive plan. Working conditions etc could be massaged, whatever would be addressed.
So, I have not formed a conclusion. This leaves me (maybe others too) somewhat alarmed. In the meantime I look forward to the data analysis that may clear many clouds and spring Phylogca into a market leadership withine the next few weeks. GLTA
