    Rarely drink alcohol these days and a 375 ml can of light would  leave me half drunk in summer

    @Magoo would like further expansion of your post on a.c.v. if possible please  - don't think I've ever used it
    Before spending time on HC I would normally have sat in my comfortable chair after dinner and fallen asleep watching TV irrespective of how interesting a programme was.   I did record a lot of stuff for that very reason.
    I do relaxation and that was what I was attempting in vain last night in bed.  Was trying to talk myself into relaxed state and melt into pillow and mattress.
    Will drink a lot  of water today for a start because it is also so good for kidneys.
    Do get up regularly and put on country music ( yes not to everyone's taste ) and country 2 step a bit without a broomstick  LOL

    Very much appreciate all these suggestions and as I said will try anything because sleep is so important.  Can't think straight without it.

    Mag cream and Schweppes tonic now on shopping list for sure.

    Have always stood and sat square on with weight distributed evenly.   The old diplomate back trick it was once called if you need to stand for a lengthy time.  The at easy pose.
