Had a quick look at market and am now about to have a nimble and Sch. tonic  (on special in small bottles )
Can feel a decent belch or burp just looking at my picnic.
Hope to sleep and will probably fart as well if I'm completely relaxed.

Chemist took one look at my list and told me I had to know someone very smart.
Exactly what he would suggest I try and if no good results get to doc
Decent leg massage also about to happen.  Use by date July 2020 so got 2 tubes.

.Coming out of supermarket I heard my surname called turned around and got - you look like shite,

Lack of sleep for several days ain't good.

@pintohoo   a bit of the old Merle Haggard at times is music to my ears, might be just noise to you but you're the one missing out.

Hope cream doesn't make too much of a mess of sheets not changed from recent bloody finger incident.
I think  that accident was partly caused by lack of sleep and concentration.
