    NewGen Drilling Pty Ltd ("NGD") is a business unit of CalEnergy Resources Limited Group of Companies.  CalEnergy Resources Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy.

    NRW Holdings Limited ("NRW") is an ASX listed company that provides diversified services to Australia's resource and infrastructure sectors and holds a 20% shareholding in NGD.  
    NGD was established in 2014 to deliver well drilling capability and services into Australia.
