Interesting. I've been taking a couple of table spoons of unfiltered cider vinegar in water each day for ages now. Supposed to help with "regularity", and gut health in general.
And have not had a bad leg cramp - never though to connect the two, but who knows?
However I only get them when I bring my (right) knee up towards my chest, which triggers a painful and lasting contraction of the gracilis (I think). And maybe I've been doing that less lately.
