Sales is crucial. I fear, having met some of the team and watched presentations (not necessarily sales pitches) they have focussed on ensuring thee team has a tech or engineering background.  All well and good, but they won’t nexesarily make a good salesperson.  They may need to recruit from outside the space to get the right person.  I would imagine a sales person from the telco back ground would fit in well and pick up the understanding of our products and services quickly.
