Sorry fellas - no substantiation - I call it BS.
I had a case here in Tassie? 5 years or so back- where we wanted police look into a guy in another state. He had form, we had his name, address, details of a probable crime - all was needed was police to look at some details through his provider.
Tasmanian police could not do it because their jurisdiction limited them to this state.
I call BS that any state police are monitoring anything - unless they have a specific warrant within a particular jurisdiction.
