    We are summising when the exchange will be operational but from my knowledge and investigations until BPG make an official announcement via the ASX in relation to the BPX exchange ( which is a subsidiary of BPG ) I won't be counting my chickens or mentioning the exchange is operational as it may hinder a lifting of the suspension and until the the exchange is useless to shareholders! IMHO
