    Dear Tolate,


    The extension was granted at the last minute on 31 Dec 2018, see the announcement date.


    Since the extension has been given, ANS/WAPRC will be under pressure to obtain China's NDRC approval before Chinese New Year on Tue, 5 Feb 2019  otherwise they may not be able to satisfy all the conditions in the acquisition agreement by 31 March 2019,
