The overall volume of shares sold on Nasdaq was 10.02 million ( approx 20 million dollars passed hands last night if you use an average of $2 per share).
Thats more than its overall market cap!
I think it says more about hedgefunds ability to depress a SP and get a bit of a firesale on a deal with a company on its knees.
Look at it go now once pen has been put to paper.
