Dear Phil
Is it possible to give us an update regarding the demerger timeframe. As previuosly annouced it was expected in April/May...Some people I noticed are in ADY for RLL and are anxious on hearing some news to keep them interested in ADY.

because it is not up to me and this is a major task for ASIC, ASX, ATO and BDO.
If we get an adverse outcome from the ATO we will not proceed. All other negotiations have been concluded, as per the quarterly report.
The demerger unlocks potential in the RLL not the iron ore and so RLL life doesn't change that much. The tender outcome is what everybody should be focussing on which we are working very hard at on a number of fronts.
