Hello! This transaction will be mean that Montserrat will run the Vision Eye Clinics so there is clear synergy. The offer is opportunistic as the market is down 20% but my view is take 3.25 with the SPI200 at 5600 and invest it in ANZ bank and it will be 4.00 a share not too distant future. So it is not fair but reasonable.
