    nepotism at its finest right here. not happy at all with this arrangement. get your core business making a profit as you pitched to shareholders, before having to go buy a fellow directors business to try and build the existing failed model whilst diluting the hell out of existing holders.rubbish and the auditor even agreed. wage paying director business right here.
