Sarcophagus - with all due respect you really should clarify your comment, "as far as i understand there still has not been a suitable reason (excuse) offered as to why the debt was incorrectly classified" with something like, "as far as i (sic) understand there still has not been a suitable reason (excuse) provided for by CNP at any stage since the collapse".........

My understanding is that they (the company) have yet to provide details as to how things came to be......it is clearly evident that something has gone wrong, albeit intentionally or otherwise, however to presume at such infant stages of the proceedings that the situation lends itself favourably to a successful litigation is exactly the thinking that usually pervades the processes of litigation firms........in numerous cases litigations such as these are initiated because there is an overwhelming belief that because "so many" lost "so much" then someone has to pay, when that is not necessarily the case.......whether what has occurred satisfies the elements and standard of such a litigation is well and truly yet to be seen, however in my opinion, based upon my experience I would be surprised if this matter ever saw a conclusion in any court........

    Cheers
