Zen I have taken great pains to explain why, please go back and read through my posts on the social decisions we make at the base level. These roll up to create the demand which has led to the unique property market we have.
Again, until those basic societal changes take place you will not see your much heralded 50% drop.
You seem to be placing an inordinate amount of emphasis on the opinion of this person (Keen?). I didn't see the show but was his forum the 60 Minutes TV show?
Can you not see that sensationalism is the bread and butter of commercial TV? Can you not see that they will give air time to people prepared to join in the sensationalism? What if he was level headed and saying something not in keeping with the show's message? Would he have the air time?
I guess he and the TV station are preaching to the converted and you will only hear what you want to hear.
I am confident that things will be as they have always been but when will you accept that you are waiting for a train that is simply not coming? How many years are you prepared to wait? For the rest of your life?
