Buying seed is a big risk that’s why it’s usually cheap.
Nobody is stopping anyone to buy seed.
Go on the phone, ring some brokers, you’ll get offered seed galore. You will get so many proposals to consider you won’t know if your name is Arthur or Martha.
There is no certainly of listing and you won’t be liquid for a year or more. Come and play. No big deal.
The trick is to get the right deal at the right time at the right price.. Now that’s a bit of luck and a lot of experience.
