Ann: CE, FDA and CFDA Approval - Guangzhou Production Facility, page-479

To be fair the 4C was released on the 31st October , one day after the announcement of CE , FDA and CFDA approval for the Guangzhou Production facility .
Obviously had to release the 4C prior to end of Oct and with the approval only granted the day before they could not assume the manufacturing was going to ramp up in the last quarter.
Having said that , news needs and should start to flow in the near future.
I can just not see how any dual listings can happen in this quarter , the way things are going at the moment.
I guess things can change quickly though.
