    I'd be bumping that mag dose right up to each main meal + immediately post any exercise. If you're sensitive to that sort of dose you'll soon know.

    You may have absorption issues so may have more success running it with a mag powder.

    Blackmores a rubbish brand. Look to a practitioner brand like Bioceuticals (available over counter @ Chemist Warehouse) or Thorne (can be purchased on Iherb). Alternatively see a Naturopath. GP's have a place in the world but muscular, digestive, etc id stay away.
