Hi Chiller, how does a potential buy out that you're talking about work? Does that mean all shareholders have no option but to take the 44cents in your example and sell their shares? Do the shareholders vote on this? What if a shareholder wants to keep shares thinking they are worth more than a takeover offer? Sorry if these a basic questions that have obvious answers.Â
