In the perfect world we would like to see all deadlines hit with the utmost accuracy, unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world and on most occasions with most companies deadlines get missed by a couple of weeks quite regularly.
As I have previously said im ok and im not worried
BTW...PLS left a gap behind, this can be expected to pull back and to be fill in the very near future.
