The update at the end of Nov was indicating sub-debt into the capital structure (not a capital raise).
They have got out of go getta which was not delivering the same ROE as the hospitality business, they have over provided for bad debts and bad debts are running at historical levels and targets!
This is a good buy. H119 might disappoint due to moderation of growth and one off costs. But patients should be rewarded.
