Red cedar we need to think big, we could even divert the Fly River using pontoons across Torres Strait and canals and pipes down to Victoria, the Fly River has an annual discharge more than double the Nile and makes the Murray look like a creek, also the scheme could be expanded by diverting the kikori purari and sepik too!
