From the video, we can see some of CannaGlobal's investments/subsidiaries are:
1. Kaya: Has been in operation for almost a year. "Kaya Farms and sister companies, Kaya Herbhouse, Kaya Spa, Kaya Cafe and Kaya Tours offer a variety of services for Jamaicans and tourists, including the sale of marijuana for medicinal and therapeutic purposes." (source:
http://www.jamaicaobserver.com/news...l-cannabis-facility-today_127377?profile=1373).
2. Medigrow: Medigrow is a Federally licensed producer of cannabis in the Kingdom of Lesotho. "Medigrow was granted permission by the Lesotho government to begin cultivation in 2016, a year before the state legalised medicinal marijuana for all companies.
In just 15 months it has made a lot of progress: it has built a road, set up communication towers and is currently applying the finishing touches to staff quarters and the CBD oil processing plant."
"This year, the Toronto-based Supreme Cannabis Company invested $10m into Medigrow Lesotho, giving it a 10% share of the business.
Medigrow's sprawling medicinal marijuana farm, in Maseru's Makarabei district, brings the hope of job opportunities to the impoverished local community."
"The cannabis oil will be produced by Medigrow in Lesotho and subject to all government, and international regulatory approvals, the oil will be exported to Canada and other international markets.
Located in the Kingdom of Lesotho in southern Africa, Medigrow is licensed by the Lesotho Ministry of Health to cultivate and manufacture medical cannabis and cannabis oil products."

3. MGC Derma: No need for an overview on this company. Other than to re-state that MGC Pharma have done well (although our sales have not rocketed) to get this brand into Harvey Nichols and Cult Beauty. Our products are amazing, the foundations/product/brand has been built. Now with CannaGlobal (Lorne Gertner) and Hugh Winters (our new CEO) taking over we will hopefully see MGC Derma take off and reach new destinations such as parts of America and perhaps other continents like Africa and Asia? (given CannaGlobal appear to have their eyes in Africa with some of their investments. As mentioned in my previous post, in addition to our 10% equity in CannaGlobal, we supply the materials/IP for MGC Derma so if the company succeeds, we also succeed.
4. Reign and Gumja: 2min:01sec into the video we see a slide which shows CBD/THC products such as 'Gumja' and 'Reign', CannaGlobal highlights 'legal ingestibles' such as for water/chocolate/gum/hemp . Couldn't find any info on these products so not sure if they are already circulating in the market, OR, if CannaGlobal has constructed this brand/array of products themselves (or through a subsidiary) and is ready to launch them soon to the market. If anyone finds any info let us know.
5. Elevation: 'Cannabis Brand Creation + Amplification'. 'In-house agency focused on providing strategy and creative to those unlocking a new future in cannabis'. Again, was unable to find some info relating to this company, but would make sense if this is a new company being constructed by CannaGlobal.
6. Sensi Magazine: "Sensi Magazine (based in Amercia) is a city lifestyle publication first and foremost that also has a progressive editorial stance around the changing landscape of cannabis. The magazine, which was voted "Best Publication" in both 2017 and 2018, appeals to a sophisticated audience of cannabis-curious readers who are engaged by diverse and engaging content – everything from the best brunch place in town to the most effective new workout tips, as well as the latest information on what’s happening in the field of health, wellness and cannabis." A quick search and you can find that Sensi Magazine also hosts events in America.
Also, would like to highlight that at no point in the video does CannaGlobal state that these companies/products are their only investments. So for all we know, there could be more investments/subsidiaries we do not know about yet. Will be interesting to find out further information regarding this partnership in the coming weeks.
