Fighting the campaign of misinformation in the court of public opinion. IMO, it's defamatory and that's actionable. The damage done to Lynas is clear and it's based on untruths. Lynas has been made to run the gauntlet in the past, dues have been paid. IMO, a libel suit should be the first response by Lynas, not diplomatic cowering. I admit I don't know the law in Malaysia but I feel confident Lynas can initiate legal action on several fronts.
