How could they be any lower than already anticipated?LOL, they have predicted nothing less than Armageddon for retailers!
Nobody is expecting much from any of the retailers, we're at a point where stable sales would result in a 30% rally IMO
I still have too many holdings that don't pay dividends and this one definitely wont be for a while yet, John is the right man to turn it around and I'm still planning to hold my parcel but will be reviewing that as some news comes out for some of my other holdings, some that I think will provide growth AND dividends, I'm reasonably comfortable MYR will show growth from here but the tax loss and move into a dividend paying share is tempting.
I'm moving to a hold sentiment for my own personal portfolio reasons as discussed above but still consider this to be excellent value.
