but is it time to strike when investor sentiment is so poor?
I was re-reading the annual report. The major shareholder ezcorp not only took up their full entitlement in the capital raise but they also acquired an additional $5.9 million through the over subscription. That $5.9 represents approx 50% of their entiltled subscription.
Now these guys are the dominant shareholders, they are insiders with board representation, so they know what's going on.
They have put up their money, most importantly through the over subscription.
