NTA is $2.68 per share, so no matter what the earnings outlook, CGF is the most likely takeover target now that SGB has gone.
And the outlook isn't quite as bad as the share price indicates.
Buy as close to $2 as possible. Close below this level would indicate that something has gone badly wrong in the debt portfolio.
