    The are plenty of reasons why the sp will hold above 15c.

    However, If one held 1m shares, then they could sell 200k at 17c, knowing that they can be bought back at 15c in the raising. That's $4,000 cash risk free.

    One would be mad not to do it, unless one wants more shares of course!
