With $1.2B submitted in tenders you would think they would have won a lot more work than they have. The success rate has been abysmal so need to ask management what's going there. Catalyst is winning a number of tenders and continuing to do so. Market didn't like the internal politics of the Guido resigning to concentrate on his other interests, Bontempo moved aside then Guido coming back as Chairman with new found time to take on the role - didn't add up.
