Where does this announcement say TCE has been moved from a secondary to a primary outcome? It just says that the trial is looking at both HF-MACE and TCE which it can do without TCE being a primary outcome. You have just assumed that MSB have change something then hammer them for not updating the trial registration when there is no reason to think anything has changed.
