Unless the Ann has $ in it and is going to produce recurring revenue or a huge takeover offer it's going to be considered fluff, and it's only because current management have lost all credibility. They are the boy who cried wolf except with commercial deals. No one believes in them anymore. Would love to be proved wrong and they have masterminded a brilliant deal behind these NDA's but reality has proven they are more likely to deliver rotten eggs.
