Customer growth is very hard at the moment as the market is a bit doom and gloomy. I think you'll see higher adoption rates if markets go up/ enters a bull phase.
The problem they have is they have appealed to the least able to invest - so FUM per user will always be low.
But they are a unique product with a very user friendly app. They are the only product that cost effectively targets a younger, tech savvy consumer that I know of.
Biggest mistake was changing from Acorns to Raiz.
