Gragher Securities and associates have snared 5.3% of Adair’s and along with Brett Blundy now control approx 18% of Adair’s.
Brett Blundy is the major shareholder of Lovisa with a 40% holding. Interestingly Gragher Securities and associates hold 6% of Lovisa, a combined stake of approx 46%.
The question is will Blundy launch a full takeover bid for Adair’s whilst it is significantly under valued by the market.
I will be putting in more orders tomorrow.
