It's like drawing your pay cheque from credit card cash advances. Your prospective 'clients' will know that they're on their knees financially and screw them to the wall on any (if any) deal arrives. Raising such a crappy amount also leaves them vulnerable to a hostile takeover if they really do have something that is marketable. SO......either these mythical deals are imminent or this baby won't even get to crawl out of its dotty nappies.
