The way I read it. It’s essentially an equity raise at 0.8c from exsisting shareholders. They state it’s sufficient for initial commercialisation which means they think sales are imminent. I actually like the fact it didn’t have to raise equity at a discount which would have hurt all of us. Good to see founders participated as well as international investors.
