    27 April 2017.  OBJ Licenses Second Technology to Major Multinational Partner


    "The partnering company will pay upfront and standstill license and royalty fees over the course of the period of the initial agreement. This includes the delivery of a number of advanced units containing the technology to be used in various consumer trials that will define the end product designs during the second stage. This is expected to ultimately lead to an extensive program of new products utilising the new OBJ technology platform."



    15 March 2018.  OBJ’s Secures New Agreement with P&G for Electro- Magnetic Technology


    OBJ Limited (ASX: OBJ) is pleased to announce that it has executed a Patent and Know How License Agreement with Procter & Gamble (P&G), covering the use of OBJ’s electro-magnetic platform technology for commercial use in the skin care field. This follows the initial development agreement as announced on 27 April 2017.The new agreement allows for the development of products and consumer propositions using this technology.The parties will negotiate in good faith to agree and execute product license term sheets, which include royalties and/or subscription fees payable to OBJ, as these products become defined.OBJ’s powered magnetic array technology includes the electromagnetic array mneumonics and OBJ’s programmable mneumonic technology. This facilitates active ingredient molecule delivery, including programmability, consumer choice and formulation preference.OBJ delivered 40 prototypes under the original licensing agreement, allowing P&G to conduct initial consumer efficacy testing that will provide feedback integral to development of any final products.“Negotiations for this agreement have required the contributions of many, a good deal of creative thinking and significant flexibility on both sides,” said Mr Jeffrey Edwards, OBJ’s Managing Director. “OBJ’s electro-magnetic technology brings a very new and exciting approach to skin care advancement across all market channels including online sales, and we look forward to pursuing the commercialisation of this technology.”“Further securing P&G’s commitment is an outstanding step forward for the company,” said Steve Schapera, OBJ’s interim Chairman. “Once commercialised we can see this being a significant value driver for OBJ.”

    "OBJ has executed two new product development Work Plans with P&G for its skincare businessOBJ is now developing a total of four new products for P&G’s skincare business, with a fifth expected to be added in coming monthsFirst product being developed using OBJ’s Second Technology OBJ Limited (ASX: OBJ) is pleased to announce it has executed two new Work Plans with Procter & Gamble (P&G), setting out the development requirements for two new products based on OBJ’s technologies. These new products are scheduled for release in 2019 through P&G’s online and retail distribution channels in China and North America.The new products were proposed by OBJ to expand the capabilities of P&G’s skincare device range. This increases the number of new products being developed by OBJ for P&G’s skincare business to four, with a fifth expected to be added in coming months.Under the new Work Plans OBJ will design, develop and manufacture working prototypes of the two new products, ahead of consumer and market testing to be conducted in the coming months.One of the new products will be the first to use OBJ’s second technology, which was licensed to P&G in an agreement announced to shareholders in March 2018."
