I believe we should know today .
I have no doubt is a yes , but for some reason maybe there is some attachment with it .
Are they trying to be as quiet achievers , without attracting attention from other steel makers ?
Or don't want the stock to become a day traders heavens ?
Is obvious ECT don't throw any fuel in to rise the share price .
