Hey @Mcdunk, that seems like the only avenue that we are left with as their is nothing happening in the company or so it appears.  TWO years of looking for opportunities and while selling off assets and money going into the bank because of it, he is living off the last of our cash.  I am over the stories and the smiley faces and want a healthy functioning entity and while this is off the grid and we wait to have access to our hard earned cash its best to be pro active, than everyone sitting on their hands and waiting for him to show any growth, either extra ground gain or any DEADLINES been met!

I will give him a couple more weeks then I will be making some calls and sending some emails.

Has anyone sent him an email, received any feedback from that email.  Have the emails been sent, gone ignored.  I would like to know if anyone has tried to contact him or the company, before I move forward with any ASIC queries!  All comments appreciated and if there has been history oh being put on ignore, calls to ASIC etc. are well justified.
