Makes sense to me, a JV and free carry is most likely outcome for Cancet. Cancet has great intercepts and excellent met testing results so it would be worth the investment/risk for a bigger player.
I agree, I don’t like the BoD of this company one bit. If anything is going to happen it will be after Gino and Russell’s ‘founder’ shares come out of escrow in February. All depends on how their other business interests are performing as to how fast things will happen is my guess.
