Mantle announced on 15th April that the ANZ/Opes overhang was cleared. ANZ's daily disclosure's stopped showing an MNM holding on 11th April. This forn 603 is just housekeeping in relation to ANZ ceasing to be a substantial shareholder. Because ANZ acquired its substantial shareholding via opes prime and various AMSLA arrangements etc. they don't actually know exactly when they became a substantial shareholder.
But the 15th April MNM announcement is quite specific about the ANZ/Opes overhang being gone and the daily ANZ disclosures also don't contain it any more.
