skint, what would be a "reason" other than to be just greedy. To me it looks that Sinclair & co got in the deal some 60% and by hammering the price down during the autumn some 11% more, total, some 70 %. I admit that Prana will need money to get PBT434 to the market. So dilution was needed but IMO this was not done in a nice way. But it is not yet over, needs to approved by shareholders, who may not like what is happening. But it could well be that Prana needs a person like Sinclair in it's board.
