Correct point, have a look at the original report where the valuation is $4.33 and the sales forecast for q4 end and that was a total sice inception of just 6950. That was way too conservative. A 30k sale amount (if jb hi fi didn't stuff up) might only be a month or two out following MF comments in the AFR where the valuation then jumps to over $9...........
