i agree. It usually does occur this way
But Lev is providing free rent. He's not drawing any salary or fees. He also bought equipment at cost when it really would have sold for less.
These things build up more than enough goodwill.
I doubt there will be any cap raising in future. TWD hadn't had one to my knowledge and they've been going a long time.
His intent is genuine as far as I can tell.
