As he explained, when brokers enter the market they dont want to bid against each other, they just want to "screw" us individual investors!!!
So they use codes that they know to let other brokers know their intentions ... odds mean one thing, evens means another, smaller numbers (1-9) mean something else, larger numbers (11-50) something else again.
Either they are buying a parcel, wanting to sell a large parcel, shorting the stock, they have finished, etc, etc.
Thats about all I know
