They had an offer from Mitsubishi previously. Mits undertook detailed testing and took tungsten from the tailings plant.
Management declined the Mits offer of $15m offtake agreement as the price of tungsten fell. It was a good decision as they would have hit the wall like WLF. However now that tungsten price has recovered they can get up and running again
